Le Manoir aux Secrets est un gîte à thématique victorienne, combinant hébergement et jeu d’évasion. Vous y dormez comme à l’hôtel, mais l’expérience vous plonge dans un univers d’enquête, d’immersion et d’aventure. Malgré ses décors grandioses, c'est un hebergement chez l'habitant. Il s’agit d’un lieu vivant, où confort simple rime avec atmosphère unique. Si vous recherchez un hébergement hôtelier plus classique, des établissements comme Le Riviera ou L’Hôtel du Golf répondront davantage à vos attentes.

Check-in at the Manor of Secrets is self-service from 3 pm onwards, to ensure we can welcome you in the best possible conditions. Check-out must be before 11 am to allow us time to prepare the manor for the next guests.

The Manor of Secrets has only two rules: - Do not leave exterior doors open (cats might get out). - Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house.

The investigation can begin at 3:30 PM and end at 11:00 PM. If you arrive late, we will do our best to integrate you into the group. Don't worry, you can join the game in progress! 🔎⏳

The Manor is a space for investigation, reflection, and relaxation. We ask that you respect the tranquility of other guests. Furthermore, many items are valuable antiques—please handle them with care. 🕵️‍♂️🏰✨

The Manor of Secrets offers a complimentary breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 am. The menu includes toast, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea. A gentle start to your day before embarking on your adventure! The Manor of Secrets also offers an optional homemade dinner, prepared and served on-site, exclusively for guests staying at the manor. 🕯️ This service is available by reservation only, to guarantee the freshness of the dishes. A minimum of two people per main course is required. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. However, as we operate from home, we cannot guarantee 100% that the food has not come into contact with allergens. In case of severe allergies, we recommend alternative options (delivered meals).

You are welcome to bring and eat your own food on the premises. However, as a Bed & Breakfast, Le Manoir aux Secrets does not provide cooking appliances (including microwaves) or utensils, as we are pleased to offer you our homemade dinner. If you choose not to participate in the Evening Feast, we simply ask that you refrain from using the Veranda during this time to preserve the ambiance for those who are attending. We also ask that you do not use the breakfast utensils for your personal dinner.

Access to the spa and sauna is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. These facilities are unsupervised and their use is at your own risk. We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of other guests to maintain a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before using the spa. Any breach of hygiene or safety rules may result in immediate revocation of access rights without prior notice. The sauna is currently unavailable.

Le Manoir aux secrets est la demeure de deux magnifique Felins. Il vous est permis d'amener vos animaux domestiques, pour un supplément de 35$ par nuit. Dans la limite d'un animal par suite, avec une limite de poids de 10kg. Dans le cas ou l'animal montre un comportement incompatible avec le manoir (propreté, agressivité, bruit) il peut vous être demandé de quitter sans remboursement.

Le Manoir aux Secrets ne fournit pas de boissons alcoolisées. L’établissement est entièrement non-fumeur, y compris dans les espaces extérieurs boisés. En cas de non-respect de cette règle, des frais de nettoyage seront appliqués. Il est possible de "Vaper" dans le jardin a condition de ne pas etre a proximiter d'autres invités. La consommation de drogues est strictement interdite.

All rooms must be reserved and occupied by at least one adult. Young adults aged 12 and over may participate in the survey. Special attention is required for groups including young children (under 10 years old), who remain under the responsibility and supervision of their accompanying adults at all times. The presence of a spa, glass objects, and stairs may pose a hazard. The Manor reserves the right to request identification if there is any doubt about a resident's age.

Afin de préserver le caractère unique du Manoir aux Secrets et de garantir la conservation de ses installations (mobilier d'époque, mécanismes de jeu, spa, etc.), un dépôt de sécurité de 250 $ par groupe peut être requis. Ce dépôt est évalué selon plusieurs critères, notamment : – la taille du groupe, – le but du séjour (détente, jeu immersif, événement spécial, etc.), – la présence de jeunes enfants, – la présence d’animaux, – ou tout autre facteur susceptible d’exiger une vigilance accrue. Ce dépôt est intégralement remboursé dans les 48 heures suivant le départ, à condition qu’aucun dommage ou usage inapproprié des lieux ne soit constaté.
